All our products come with a full technical service, over the telephone, via fax and the internet, provided by a team of experts dedicated exclusively to handling the Customer. Training courses are also held both at our premises and at the Customer’s site. We also provide a remote maintenance service that enables us to interact directly with the Customer’s computers and machines, via a modem, in order to check the status, solve any problems in real time and install updates. We communicate with our Customers through our site, informing them about our new products, our presence at fairs and open houses and allowing them to download software updates and profile archives.
